  • Event Creation & Scheduling – Admins can create events, set schedules, and manage participant lists.
  • Online Attendance with QR Code Scanning – Members can scan unique QR codes to mark attendance instantly, ensuring secure and error-free tracking.
  • Dynamic Dashboard & Reporting – Real-time analytics for attendance, events, and member activities.
  • AJAX-Powered Interactions – Smooth and fast user experience without page reloads.
  • Email & SMS Notifications – Automated alerts for event reminders, confirmations, and updates.
  • Responsive Design – Works seamlessly across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.

Problem Statement :

Organizations and event planners often face significant challenges in managing events through traditional manual methods. Processes like member registration, attendance tracking, event scheduling, and communication are time-consuming, prone to errors, and lack real-time efficiency.

Some of the major problems included:
