Intimasia – Exhibition Management System

About the Brand :

Intimasia is one of India’s leading trade shows dedicated to the intimate wear, comfort wear, and lifestyle industry. The event attracts hundreds of exhibitors and thousands of visitors, offering a platform for networking, brand visibility, and business growth. With such a large-scale event, managing registrations, exhibitors, schedules, and visitor flow manually became inefficient and prone to errors.

Project Overview:

The project was focused on developing a custom Exhibition Management System that could handle the complexities of event organization. The goal was to streamline registrations, exhibitor management, and visitor engagement through a centralized platform, reducing manual workload and improving the overall experience for both organizers and participants.

 

Problem Statement :

Before implementing this system, Intimasia faced several challenges:

  • Manual Registrations – Tracking exhibitors and visitors was time-consuming and prone to duplication.
  • Exhibitor Management Issues – Difficulty in assigning booths, handling payments, and managing exhibitor details.
  • Limited Communication – Lack of real-time updates for exhibitors and visitors.
  • Data Overload – Managing large volumes of participant data without automation caused delays and inefficiencies.

We designed and developed a custom web application tailored to Intimasia’s needs using CodeIgniter 4 with AJAX for seamless interactions. The system included:
